WHO'S BEHIND YOUR FAVORITE SNACK?

The Farm & The Family

Clayton and Modesta Williams bought their first Brangus females in 1973 and started a small herd in Fort Stockton, Texas. Today their son Jeff manages all of Williams Ranch Company’s cattle operations, alongside longtime cattle manager Gary Bruns, who joined the family in 1978 and still leads the registered program. From their base in Bastrop, the Williams family runs roughly 800 registered Brangus females and more than 1,300 commercial cows, with additional ranches across West Texas.

THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND THE PRACTICE

How They Ranch

For the Williams family, good beef starts with good genetics. They select Brangus cattle, a cross of Brahman and Angus, for calving ease, weaning weight, carcass data, and disposition, with hybrid vigor as the driving force behind their breeding program. Their cows are known as good mothers that milk well, raise strong calves, and thrive in diverse environments with low maintenance.

THE PRODUCTS BEHIND THE PROVEN LABEL

What They Raise

Beef
Williams Ranch Co. raises Brangus cattle, bred over five decades to perform on the range and on the plate.

Why a Proven Partner?

Williams Ranch Co. has spent more than fifty years measuring what matters: calving ease, weaning weights, carcass data, and disposition. That orientation toward data and evidence-based decisions is exactly what a Proven partnership requires. Every farm in our supply chain is independently verified before a single animal enters it.

Williams Ranch Co. meets that standard.
