HOW PROVEN WAS BORN
It all started with an invitation to test our beef in 2022. We knew we were doing right to remove chemicals in the soil and elevate the mineral balance in the grass. And, full disclosure, we had no idea just how good of a job we were doing! Raised with intention, not interference. Our cattle are raised without sprayed feed or chemical shortcuts, and our true fermentation process relies on biology — not preservatives — resulting inno detectable glyphosate or AMPA, confirmed by independent ISO-accredited testing.
Our fermented beef sticks is rigorously tested for harmful mycotoxins — toxic compounds often found in low-quality feed and processed meats. Our latest lab results confirm that our beef sticks are mycotoxin-free, with all tested compounds measuring below detectable limits.
