Where it Began.

On their family farm in Indiana, they began looking beyond conventional agriculture and exploring regenerative farming practices that could improve soil health, animal health, and ultimately the quality of the food they were raising.

Instead of relying on assumptions, they tested it.

After entering a nutrient density study, independent testing confirmed their farming practices were producing measurably better beef.

The Results Revealed Something Bigger

Farmers investing more time, care, and resources into producing higher-quality food weren't being rewarded for it. At the same time, consumers were left navigating marketing claims with little proof of what was actually in their food.

So they decided to build something different.
