Josh and Susanne run Wildcat Valley Farms today, a 7th generation family operation in Lafayette, Indiana, with their five children already part of daily life on the farm. For them, the land isn't an asset to be maximized. It's a gift held in trust, managed with the next generation in mind.

Beef
Wildcat Valley Farms offers both 100% grass-fed and finished beef and non-GMO grain-finished beef. The finishing approach may vary — different animals, seasons, and management goals call for different methods — but the commitment to soil health underneath never does.

Pork
The pork operation at Wildcat Valley Farms is something genuinely uncommon. A full silvopasture system integrates trees, forage, and Berkshire hogs on the same land — creating a mutually beneficial ecosystem that improves animal health, boosts biodiversity, and builds carbon in the soil simultaneously. Their Berkshire hogs are raised on non-GMO feed with continuous access to this integrated pasture and shelter environment.
